Illogan Park Changing Facility

Illogan Park Changing Facility a block built single story building Formerly a Cowshed was repurposed In the 1970’s to provide changing facilities for the local village rugby and football teams, still home to Illogan Park RFC and shared by several local football teams the building required updating somewhat after receiving little to no maintenance in the past 40 years or so.

Pyrocheck were tasked with the Renovation of Illogan Park Changing Facility, This included demolition of the defective external WC Block, Removal of the defective roof, supplying and insulating the roof space and re-roofing to the customers specification, Insulating and cladding the external walls replacing doors and windows as required a new kitchen and decoration throughout finally finishing by resurfacing the carpark with fresh Tarmac.
